  3. Shade or color in each segment up to the number that represents your rating.

  4. Look at the wheel shape: Is it smooth and round, or jagged and uneven? A balanced wheel spins smoothly—an unbalanced one does not.

  5. Identify 1–2 areas with the lowest scores. These are your opportunities for growth.

  6. Set specific goals or habits to improve those areas. For example, if physical health scored low, you might commit to a short daily walk or try a new workout routine.

  7. Review your Wellness Wheel regularly (weekly or monthly) to track your progress and adjust goals as needed.
